I'm seeking a 1 Bdr property (unfurnished) closeby to Melbourne Uni Parkville Campus that will become available in January or early February and will rent for a max $265.  I have an impecable rental history, having lived in 2 properties over the last 6yrs.  I'm chosing to relocate from my current address to be closer to Uni.  I'm extremely studious so no fear of noise coming from my residence.    I do have a pet parrot (Green cheeked conure for anyone who wants to Google this breed) who lives in a cage.
