Hey all,

I am moving out of my house in doncaster to be closer to my uni, so i need to find someone to take over my position (which is on lease until end of july '10. The bond is one months rent ($650)). Rent is $160 for a single person or $240 for a couple ($120 each).

The house itself is huge. A 4 bedroom house with an open plan kitchen and new appliances and dishwasher. A combined dining and living area. Downstairs is a huge rumpus room which leads out into a large backyard. All bedrooms have ducted heating, built in robes and are of generous size. All this and its right behind westfield doncaster, walking distance to a major public transport hub.

The other housemates are a couple (both 25, employed full-time) who enjoy a quiet meal during the week, and like to go out for a drink or have friends over for dinner on the weekend. They also have two little dogs (mini foxie, jack russell).

If you are looking for a place to call home, than this is it. Great for someone who prefers a relaxed lifestyle away from a noisy party environment (excellent studying conditions!). If you would like to have a look around and meet the housemates, please give me a call to arrange a time.
