One new soul is needed to our house in Sunshine, Melburne as I am leaving. We have a 5-bedroom house with a big kitchen, dining room, livingroom, bathroom and a backyard. Right now we have 6 girls here, but we can fit 7. Sorry boys, this add is for girls only :)) Actually I have 2 offers. Roomshare for $80 (this is where I am) and one single room for $115. Area is nice a quiet - Monash street. Bus stop is 100 meters from the front door (buses 216 and 219) and train station is 9 minute walk away (Sydenham/Watergardens train, zone 1). Few hundred meters away is a park with a playground. We have 2 shopping centres, both are 20-25 minute walk away, but you can also take a bus if you are too lazy :) Call me day and night and come check our place out! Shared room will be available from 14th of November and the single room is for you to take immediately! Hurry up! First ones are the lucky ones! ;)
