I have a room available in a light and bright, freshly painted house in Frankston Heights. It is close to the beach, shopping, swimming pool, Frankston Hospital and Monash University. There is off street parking and a bus stop and train station close by. There are 2 bedrooms, formal living, kitchen/dining room, a backyard and bbq area.

Rent: $120 per week + $520 bond. Includes all utilities.

I'm a 28 year old social worker and keep long hours during the week. I make the most of the weekends visiting friends and family and enjoy going to the beach, travelling, books and art with my lovely girlfriend. Sometimes I feel like I'm never home, giving you plenty of time to yourself.

I am looking for someone who is gay friendly and has a sense of humour... but not too much of a party animal during the week. Someone with stable employment or a full time student is preferred.
