It was renovated a few years ago so and is very cute and homely. I am moving in myself (new lease) so I am yet to fill it up with furniture and the likes, however I have managed to collect a lot of the essentials so far. It has polished boards, high ceilings, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom is large - 11Ft by 12Ft; so can fit a double bed and desk with plenty of extra room. Good kitchen fully stocked (oven, microwave etc) Medium sized living room area out back with balcony.
