I am looking for a housemate to move into a gorgeous terrace house in West Melbourne on Spencer Street.
It was renovated a few years ago so and is very cute and homely. I am moving in myself (new lease) so I am yet to fill it up with furniture and the likes, however I have managed to collect a lot of the essentials so far. It has polished boards, high ceilings, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom is a decent size; can fit a double bed and desk with extra room Good kitchen fully stocked (oven, microwave etc) Medium sized living room area out back Secure car park Walking distance to the city (20-25min) I am looking for a long term housemate so someone who is easy going, clean, house trained, and not crazy :P What I am looking for: -Professional working FT (reliable income) -Aged 22-26 -Not insane About me: -Professional working FT in the city -Female, 23 years old -Drinks too much…sociably!
