Awesome room available in the Happy House in Hawthorn!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are 7 international people: two French, one Slovakian and one English dude; one Irish, English and French girl. All of us are in our mid twenties, studying and/or working.
The house is located 7 minutes walk to Hawthorn train and tram Station (which is 12 minutes train to Flinders Station!!!). Glenferry Road and Swinburne University is 10-15 minutes walk. Supermarket, video store, wine bar, pub, specialized beer shop and all you need within 5 minutes walk.
We live in a big 4 bedroom house. The backyard is HUGE. We got a Tree House, a Flying Fox across the garden. There is a garage turned into a chillout room with AV and weights. Laundry Room & BBQ area.
You will be SHARING a spacious room with another Frenchman. Room is fully furnished with a massive QUEEN size bed, linens, wardrobe, desk etc…
Rent is 433$ PER MONTH payable the 5th of each month. Bills are on top of that - around 40$ per person per month (water, gas, electricity, Wireless internet). Bond is 333$ payable in advance, returned when moving out.
We are all very social and hang out together quiet a lot. We are looking for an outgoing, social, open minded person, mid twenties, student, working or backpacker staying for at least a couple of months.
The room is available from NOVEMBER 18th.
