Hey guys, name is jason and im looking for a house about early mid jan. I'm 20 and studying at swinburne uni hence after somewhere that still lets me get there pretty easy. Burwood area would be ideal but im flexible. Im pretty laid back and tidy and punctual with rent (which id like to be ~140pw) Would like somewhere that allows pets but this isnt necessary (havent got one yet but hoping to sometime in the future) Other than that not really too fussed what the place is like, furnished room would be a plus but again not vital.

If you can help me out id appreciate it.
