I live with two lovely mid-20s girls in Port Melbourne, and I need to move back to Sydney for work so I'd like to rent out my queensize bedroom in a 3.5bedroom, top-floor, port melbourne apartment. Very sad to leave such a wonderful spot.
Situated on the corner of Bay and Rouse Street, in the busy Port Melbourne area, we have a beautiful apartment - with a large modern kitchen, beautiful balcony with views of Port Phillip Bay and the City, fully furnished - in a great security building - underground parking, spa, pool, sauna, gym, courtyard - ready to move in!!!
The rest of the apartment is fully furnished (lounge/kitchen/washing etc.), but I will be taking my bedroom suite with me.
Rent is $260pw plus minimal utilities, and there is a 4 wk bond.
The apartment will be available from Monday, 9 November so we need to find someone as soon as possible before I have to head back to Sydney!
