Thornbury, 2 rooms available

Hi, we have two rooms for rent in our large 4 bedroom house close to croxton station in Thornbury.
THIS IS NO ORDINARY HOUSE!
For starters the kitchen is very small and has a 19th century washing pit in it (we have a modern washing machine too). The floors all slope at different angles, the toilet is outside, the bathroom is not so nice, there's massive cracks in the ceiling.....basically its falling down.
After saying all that, we love it, its semi furnished and there's lots of space. I'm a 26 year old male- running a bottle shop and my house mate is F 21 working at a record shop. We're both relaxed, enjoy music and films and  beers, bbqs all that sort of stuff. We have a massive back yard that's great in summer. We share the bills evenly and also split the broadband and telephone line rental, we have gas hot water which is cheap but we don't have a heating system for inside so it can get a bit cool. We have a cat, and other cats would be ok.
Our lease is until December and we're looking for people who will sign up for that and pay the 1 months rent as bond plus we have monthly rent ($437) due on 7th June. We're guessing they'll knock this place down to build flats at the end of our lease, so you'd have to do something strange not to get your bond back!
Ideally we're looking for a boy and a girl, each around our age. People who are reasonably clean and respectful of private space, people who have a job, people who are prepared to mow the lawn.
