My flatmate is going overseas for 3 months and im looking for anyone thats needs short/medium term accommodation.

This wonderful double story townhouse is located just minutes from the beach & station pier, the 109 light rail tram stop and Bay Street shopping strip, which is filled with fashion retailers, restaurants/cafes, bars and supermarkets. Its also approximately a 5 minute drive into the CBD or 15 minutes on the light rail.

Downstairs boast of a large open plan living/dining area, a sparkling sun lit kitchen which looks out onto a large private courtyard beaming with the afternoon sun. Gas cooking and a separate laundry.

Im a 26 year old female who's friendly, easy going and wants the house to have a relaxed and fun vibe. I have a active lifestyle so im always out and about on the weekends, but also enjoys a quiet night in.

I'm looking for someone that is down to earth, easy going, social, clean & tidy. A person that enjoys a good laugh and doesn't mind sharing a meal or a glass of wine.

The house is fully furnished, except for your own bedroom which is a spacious queen size room. Wireless internet is also available.

Rent is $215 per week plus bills (split 50/50) and 4 weeks bond (negotiable depending on length of stay)
