Date Listed: 07/07/2008 Really nice, modern double storey sharehouse, in good area The room is for rent from July (date negotiable) until around the 26th of January. The house is in Viewbank, which is off Lower Plenty Road. It is near Macleod and Rosanna. It is in a nice area with some small shops on the corner. It has public transport (buses) just around the corner and Rosanna train station isn't too far away. It is about a 10 minute drive to uni. There is parking space at the house for another car. This is a share house which currently has 4 university students in it. I am going overseas soon and so we need someone else to replace me. The house is a really nice family home, double storey, fully furnished (including washing machine and dryer) and not the typical uni-student house. My room has a built in desk, some fixed shelves and a cupboard in it and if needed the furniture (such as bed and draws) can be provided for no charge. The house it quite big and open with good kitchen/bathrooms (we even have a spa!). There is room for storage in the garage if you need it. We also have Broadband. I live with three really lovely girls, all originally from the country. One studies Physio (at Latrobe), another studies Human Movement (at RMIT) and the other studies Development studies (at Latrobe). We are all Christian girls so it is not the typical party house that some uni houses may be. It is a pretty quiet house most of the time but the girls are a lot of fun and very easy to get along with. We are looking for a female housemate to take my place, no- pets, non-smoker, honest and easy to get along with. We prefer someone around our age, so from 18-25ish is good.
