Date Listed: 13/05/2008 Hi I'm looking to set up an apartment in the surrounding suburbs of the city (South Yarra, Southbank, Richmond, Carlton, Prahan etc). Ideally to share with 1-2 others. Willing to pay up to 200 p/wk for my share. At this stage maybe looking for one other person to house hunt with then maybe if we find a three bedroom place a third person can be decided on. I want to set up a really nice household. I don't have any furniture so if you have some nice stuff then great. Otherwise I am happy to buy stuff for the home. Here's a bit about me. I'm 26 yr old single guy and work full-time as an advertising executive in a boutique creative agency. I have busy weekdays which see me working from 9-6. I enjoy a few drinks with friends at the pub over the weekends or sometimes I just chill at home with a couple of beers and relax after a long week. I smoke but only ever outside. I'm into sport and play soccer on the weekends. I'm generally pretty clean and tidy as I'm fairly house proud. I enjoy the company of people and would love to live with people who are friendly and sociable like myself. Would like to find someone who is laid back and would enjoy a drink together every now and then. Someone who'll be a friend in addition to just being a housemate.
