Our friendly abode is offering a medium size room available in large house in Kew, (right next to the Kew Junction) close to Bus (gets you to the city in 20 or so) or trams 109 or 48. The house lots of natural light, spacious living areas, carspace front and back, shed, veggie patch (needs some TLC), more cupboards than needed and polished wooden floors. The best bit though, is the rooftop which is a massive entertaining area/garden rooftop amazing for summer parties or just chilling on a bananna bed with a good book. The house has six rooms, but there is plently of space to keep to yourself. Having said that we would like a friendly occupant, tidy, pays the rent bills on time ect M or F can apply. Looking for someone who can stay at least for the summer.  The housemate are M and F, ranging from 19 to 26. We like music, having a drink here and there, laughing, sometimes dancing etc. If you like the sound of this please call, no text messages please.
