Huge room for rent for about 3 months from mid Nov- March (dates flexible). Room and house fully furnished. (while housemate overseas).

Share with 4 other students in a big pretty house (5 bedrooms) in great location. 2 males and 2 females (20-24). Easy going bunch of people from Country Victoria and Melbourne.

House in Preston on the border of Thornbury. 3 min walk to high street and 86 tram, 10 min walk to Thornbury train station (20 mins train to city). 25 min cycle to city on some bike paths too!!

Room is $600 a month (includes bills and internet). House has polished floorboards, huge kitchen, 2 bathrooms, big lounge room and has a/c which is a blessing over the hot summer months in Melbourne.
