Hi,
 
I have a huge room complete with built in robes and balcony on the top floor of a terrace house in Parkville for rent.
 
I am moving back to the coast for the summer and need to sub-let my room for this time. The room will be available from the 25th of November 2009 until the 1st of March 2010.
 
The room is very big so would suit a single person or a couple and will be furnished with a desk and double bed. The room would be perfect for travellers as it is situated very close to the CBD and tram/train lines.
 
The price breakdown is as follows:
$772 a month, due on the 17th of each month.
You would be required to pay rent for the months of December, January and February - that being 3 X 772 = $2316 for the full period.
As i am moving out one week after the rent is due in November i am happy to pay the rent for that month even though i wont be living in the room for the majority of this time.
 
You will not be required to pay bond.
 
The house has 3 other bedrooms which will all be occupied during this time by my fellow house mates who are all friendly, reliable and trustworthy people.
