Hello - we have a newly vacated room in our big house in Brunswick East, and we're looking for somebody to make it their little home.
We are an IT guy (guy), yoga instructor (guy) and bureaucrat (girl) who have a nice little symbiotic thing going on, and we're looking for someone who is going to fit in well with what we have here. It's a fairly quiet, laid back house, so if you're looking for a partyparty house full of 18 year old alcoholics, keep looking. If you're a bit beyond that, give us a call!
You must be a non-smoker, have lived in a sharehouse before, and unfortunately we're not allowed pets. Also, with three of us here already, we're only looking for one other person, not a couple. Beyond that, as long as you're not too much of psychopath, you might just be perfect.
The room is $150/week and big, with enough space to fit a queen bed, desk, couch, and whatever else people tend to have in their bedroom. The house is close to Lygon and Nicholson St trams, cafes, restaurants, East Brunswick Club, and a nice walk to Sydney Rd. There's a yard thing out the back which is in dire need of some TLC, lots of DVDs, a cupboard with a tupperware collection to rival Martha Stewart's, and a massive fridge. We have other things too, but these are some selling points.
