We are looking for a housemate to share our Port Melbourne home with us. The house is located in between Bay St and Victoria Avenue and very close to shops (including coles), public transport, restaurants and a block from the beach.
Our place is a furnished three bedroom, one bathroom terrace house with courtyard, good size kitchen with dishwasher, seperate dining room and open fire place. The room for rent is of good size and has doors opening up onto front courtyard. It is unfurnished.
You will be living with one guy and two girls aged in our mid to late 20's and a very gorgeous golden retriever! We are looking for a guy or girl of similar age who respects the house and the other housemates, is friendly, tidies up after themselves and is sociable.
One of the girls is moving out in November to go overseas so we are also considering a couple for this room. From November onwards we would have a spare room which you will also have use of.
Rent for a single is $195 per week or $845 per calender month. Rent for a couple is $350 per week or $1500 per calender month. Bond is one months rent.
The room is available immediately for a minimum of six months.
