I'm a 33 year old guy looking for a fun, easy-going, reasonably clean, reliable and self-sufficient flatmate. I keep regular hours and work a lot but enjoy partying occasionally and also love down-time with a DVD at home;~) Rent is $190 per week ($825 per calendar month) plus your share of electricity, gas and water bills. Phone and wireless Internet access is also available if required. A month's rent is required as bond. Singles preferred but couples/pairs OK too. Long term preferred but short term's also fine...
