We are 2 females and a cat, who are looking for a male or female, 25yrs +, to join our house.
We're social and like to hang out as a household and would like a housemate who wants their house to be a home. On the flip side, we also know when to give each other space.
We are a communal house, share food etc, and eat healthily, as we find it heaps cheaper (and nicer) that way. We're also pretty clean/tidy, but not super picky.
We also share internet usage, and bills etc.
One of us works full time, and the other studies and works, so we'd like someone who does similar - we definitely not a party house!
House is fully furnished, and has nice extra comforts like a dishwasher and central heating.
Bedroom is medium sized, with carpet and huge built in robes.
