Hi, we are looking for a fourth person to share our newly acquired rental property in Albert Park. The house is in a lovely location opposite St Vincent's gardens, close to many trams, the beach, Albert Park and shops. It's a three bedroom terrace house with a nice backyard, plenty of storage and even a working fireplace. The rent is cheaper than you would expect for this type of house as there is a couple sharing one of the rooms, bringing the rent down for everyone. Your room is medium sized, easily big enough for a QS bed and some other furniture. Unfortunately it does not have built in robes but there is plenty of space for your own cupboard/drawers.

We are looking for someone aged 25-35, professional, clean and considerate, fun and sociable. The room is available Monday 24/8.
