We are looking for an easy going, non smoking and clean house mate to live with. We are two easy going females aged 22 and 21. Rent is $572 per month each, plus bills . The apartment has 2 under cover car ports, decent size backyard, a corner spa, dishwasher, large lounge room, gas cook top and fan forced oven. The bedroom available has a built in wardrobe. There is a tram stop on Riversdale rd only 2min walk away and Camberwell station is a 10min walk . The apartment is fully furnished apart from the available room, however we are flexible if you have furniture. We are somewhat flexible about the moving in day, depending on your own situation.
