Single fronted older style cottage house has medium sized B/room for rent in Richmond. Close to Victoria Street restaurants etc. and not too far from Bridge road shops. Unfurnished room but modestly furnished house: washing machine, fridge, t.v etc. Huge backyard by Richmond standards, which is great in the warmer months!
3 b/room house, prospective housemate will be sharing with couple (28 yo & 30 yo) and another guy (30yo). $150 per week, rent to be paid monthly and bond required. Bills are shared (this will include internet if you use the service). Easy going arty household, keep to ourselves a fair bit but enjoy the occasional drink or meal together. Basically we don't mind if you're a hermit or an extravert or in between, as long as you're resonably tidy, reliable, responsible and we would prefer someone who knows how the sharehouse thing works. looking for someone to move in 1st of august.
