I have a spacious 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment which I'm looking to share with one other.
I'm a professionally employed, easy going, friendly, sociable sort of guy (who happens to be gay) and i'm looking for a fun, easy going, reliable housemate.
The apartment has two entries so it's very easy to come and go. Room is unfurnished.
Has pretty much everything, Digital TV, DVD, Stereo including Ipod dock, dining table and chairs, couches, fridge, washing machine, dryer, r/cycle split system in living room blah blah
Tram stop 30 seconds away and Camberwell train station is 5 mins walk down the road!!
Bedroom is a decent size, big enough for a queen bed and a cabinet if need be, and has a built in wardrobe.
Third large room used as study which is to be shared as well.
