Hi there!

We are looking for someone to fill a room in our house as our current housemate is relocating to Sydney for work.

ABOUT THE HOUSE...

The house is very modern, spacious & stylish. It has 3 bedrooms each with their OWN BATHROOM (!!), BIR, modern kitchen with working open fire place, and european appliances. Wooden floors throughout (apart from bedrooms).

Upstairs is a spacious living room with a pitched ceiling. There is hydronic heating throughout, and most importantly air con for summer!!

We think that the best feature of the house is the size of the upstairs terrace and the amazing city view that it offers! We are looking forward to spending most of summer up there, we've got some sun lounges and just need to get a BBQ and we'll be set!!

There is also a lock up garage, however there is an abundance of unrestricted street parking we find it easier to park on the street most of the time.

The house is located in a quiet street just off the corner of Williams Road & High St in Prahran. There are many amenities nearby including supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, service station + tram & train stations.

ABOUT US...

My name is Amy and I am 23. I work as a flight attendant, so the beauty of this is that I am only home around 15 nights per month!! I do work some funny hours, so we want to make sure that the new housemate is understanding of the fact that I will occasionally be creeping through the house at 3am to go to work.

I enjoy keeping fit. I go to the gym, there's also a Bikram yoga place down the road that I sometimes go to. I enjoy going out in the area or the city for a nice dinner and a few drinks on the town. Music plays a big part of my life, I play guitar and I like to go to live gigs as often as I can, and also enjoy going to the theatre, exhibitions, the movies, etc!

Mel is 29, works 9-5 in healthcare. She is very easy going and always up for a friendly chat. She enjoys many of the same things as myself, heading out for dinner or a few wines on the weekend, spending time with friends, and heading down the coast on other weekends.

YOU SHOULD BE...

We are looking for someone friendly and social who will fit in with our current household. We want somebody who will like to share the occasional dinner/wine/chat with us and not somebody who will lock themselves in their room 24/7.

We like to have friends over and entertain from time to time, and are hoping to have many great summer nights up on the terrace once we get our BBQ!!

We don't mind if you are a male or female, however you must have a full-time job and be able to support yourself.

RENT IS $260 P.W + bills & bond ... ROOM IS AVAILABLE IN THE NEXT WEEK OR SO!
