Hi, I have a medium size room in an older style apt. in Northcote. It's on a quiet tree lined street close to High St. It is on the top floor, the room has views of street and large BIR's. You will need bedroom furniture, but otherwise is F/F. There is secure OSP. You will be sharing with one male artist, me, who works part time. I have a studio, so do not work at home. The rent is $500pcm and one month bond. Utilities are split 50/50. I do not have the net, but it can be put on if required.
