Hi! We have 2 rooms going in a big old Victorian house with verandah & gardens. We are a few minutes from Malvern station (15 minutes to the city) and shopping. House is quiet & spacious. The huge room is $600pcm, the other is $533 (inc robes). You would be sharing with myself, a teacher & Sunil, an accountant. Bond is same as rent. Bills (including phone & internet) are extra.
