Hi I'm Katrina and I'm 24yrs old and looking for a flat mate to move into my new place on the 19th Dec. It is an awesome north facing light filled unit, with a central renovated bathroom, sep 2nd toilet, huge kitchen with meals and adjoining lounge. Other features include covered rear courtyard, split sytems in br and lounge. The house will be fully furnished and if you would like a bed provided I have one to put in there. The rent is $360pw between us, so $180pp ($780 each pcm) for a fully furnished unit.I'd like to live with someone who is easy to get along with, fairly tidy and cleans up after themselves! Also that enjoys having a chat but is also happy to just chill out by themselves. The perfect person to live with would also like to enjoy a few drinks, and have a good laugh.
