Looking for 2 guys to share our home close to beach, shops, tram

We are 2 girls in our 20's looking for 2 guys (brothers or mates). We are applying for a house in the Middle Park area, so you could go on the lease, house 4 bed rooms, over 2 levels with a bathroom on each level, out side area and roller doors access, dish washer, moderna and in a great area, beach around the corner, shops down the road and st kilda just a few mins away with summer just around the corner what a great spot to be in!!!!

rent is $175 per week , splitting all bills ect, and bond.

We  are professionals who work hard but also like a few drinks on week ends and have friends over for dinner, drinks ect but not a party house during week, we like a laugh dont take things to seriously but respect the needs of our housmates.
