I am moving out of my room in a 4 bedroom student sharehouse at the end of november, at which point i'm looking for a replacement.

It's a large sunny room (unfurnished- negotiable) on rathdowne street, in a large townhouse. The house has a large kitchen, living room and courtyard. You will be sharing with 3 male students 21-23yo, very easygoing.

$150pw, utilities and wireless internet extra. Bond of $600 to be returned at the end of january.

I'll be subletting with the consent of the landlord until the end of january 2010, at which point the lease runs out and everyone is moving out. The house will still be available for rent at that point. If you are looking for a place for next year it's a good way to get your foot in the door...
