In Melbourne for Christmas?

Hello there,
 
I am an international student going back to my country for Christmas and thus need someone to fill my room while I am away from the 1st december to the 31th of january.
This is one room of medium-large size all furnished (a small desk, a confortable matress on the floor-that's the way i like it-, a wardrobe, a computer with internet, a printer) in a big house (5 bedrooms, a massive lounge room, big kitchen, garage and garden) with a pool table and a small swimming pool in the garden. There is an x-box and big screen in the lounge as well.
In the house 3 aussie guys and one german dude, very nice people all studying at Melbourne University.

Would suit couples no problem or travellers.
The price is 900$ per month (all expenses included except food) plus a small bond of 200$ that you get back when you leave. So an upfront total of 2000$
