Hey there go getters

We're hunting for a fifth person for a lovely, big terrace house on Canning Street in Carlton North to move in early November. You would be sharing with 3 girls and a 1 dude, but we have no preference what gender you got going. We enjoy sharing a laugh, watching some TV, cooking up a storm and on the odd occasion when we're all home at the same time, perhaps a bottle of wine.

The room that's up for grabs is on the second storey. It's quite large, with blue walls and is partially furnished with a wardrobe.There's a generous lounge room, a big kitchen/dining area, an indoor laundry and a lockable shed out the back. There's a bathroom and toilet on the second floor, and another on the ground floor, with a surprise toilet under the stairs. It's also wonderfully quiet. The house is close enough to the Lygon and Nicholson Street trams for you to walk there in 5 minutes, but far enough so you can't hear them. What Bliss! And if you ride a bike, you'll be wizzing up the Canning St Bicycle Super Highway and be in town within 10-15 minutes.

Rent is $528 per month and there would also be bond of the same amount.

Move in date would be November 9
