Its five minutes walk to the railway station and an excellent shopping centre. It’s close to High Street and Lalor plaza. Especially convenient for students studying at NMIT or Latrobe.
No smoking in the house please and, sorry, no pets. It’s important that the person is clean and tidy, someone who is interested in being part of a friendly household.
