I'm a thirty one year old male and I live in a fantastic terrace house.  Gladstone Ave in Northcote, one of the nicest streets in the area.  Within 5 min of croxton Station, you can't hear the train though.  4 min walk to st Georges Rd tram and less than ten to high street rd - Northcote Social Club, Wesley Anne etc.  I work 9-5 as a desktop publisher and am looking for someone to share the house with who is reasonably clean, likes a drink after a hard day and is sociable.
