Hi,
 
I have a room to rent in a two bedroom Victorian Terrace house in North Carlton. It's in a great part of Melbourne, surrounded by cafes, pubs, parks and public transport. The house itself has two decent sized bedrooms, a small lounge room, large kitchen/dining area, one bathroom and a reasonable sized backyard that's great for BBQs.
 
You'll just be sharing with me. I'm a 31 year old professional female and I work reasonably normal hours. I've recently returned from living in the UK for 5 years. I like the usual things - going out, exercising, traveling etc. I'm pretty laid back and I'm looking for someone who is fairly organised and responsible, but most importantly, is also relaxed and easy to get along with.
 
I'm in the process of furnishing the house at the moment, but the second bedroom will just have a wardrobe. The room is available immediately and I'd ideally like someone who is looking to stay for at least 6 months.
