Laid back household in friendly neighbourhood. Good location opposite parkland. There is a choice of rooms but only one for rent. The house is a large modern house which is fully furnished.(except for your room). All the rooms are of good size with built in wardrobes.You will have your own bathroom.. I like to keep the house tidy, especially the shared rooms like the kitchen. and the 2 living areas. There is a good size yard and garden for relaxation which is in the process of a reno but is still quite peacefull. There is a huge pergola to sit in if you need to smoke. The bills are shared but not included in the 125 dollars. There is a parking spot for a car and public transport close by.
