Hey mates,
I´m leaving my room for one month, do you want to take it for this period of time? It´s from the 27th of June till the 27th of July, but that´s negotiable! It´s the perfect home for your house-hunting for the new semester or a nice stopover for travellers who want to enjoy lovely Melbourne for a while! The house is situated in lovely Port Melbourne, one of the best living areas in Melbourne right next to the beach! Just drive along the beach and you are in St. Kilda! A lot of busses or the tram take you directly to Flinders Street, the center of Melbourne or the unis. Your sharing the house with three nice guys, one dutch student and two australian originals! The house got a huge kitchen with all equipment, a backyard for barbies and a big livingroom. All very neat & tidy with everyting you´ll need: washing machine, internet, telephone and so on.. My room is bright and big, with all you need: a Queen-size bed, nice desk, internet and all the towel stuff. And you can use my bikes in the time, awesome!! And all for just 160 p.w., what a bargain!
