Hey there! My name is Mike and I am from Melbourne searching for a female house hunter to establish a new rental lease, with each tenant being new to each other.
I am a random fun loving guy and want to live with equally easy going people. I am 30(ish) and professionally employed :)
Ideally I am searching for a female house hunter, who is seeking a fresh 12 month lease with a real estate agent, as I am currently in the process of searching for a 3 bedroom house/unit with a price range of approximately $1320 per coming month. That’s approximately $110 per week each, if the share house has three people. So, you will be sharing with a guy and a girl.
If need be, I have all the furniture, white goods and kitchenware necessary to fill the house. Or alternatively I can keep my furniture, white goods etc... in storage.
As for location, it would be nice to live within 30 minutes to 1 hour travel time from Melbourne. More importantly; I am hoping to move in with the right persons who like to socialise. Dinner, movies, occasional drink, dance etc...
About me: I enjoy socialising, cooking and outdoor activities; such as riding my bike, walking and talking. I enjoy a good conversation over a bottle of wine.
