Hi there,

I'm looking for a female to share my beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Fairfield. I’m a fulltime uni student in my early 20s and my interests include meditation, guitar, bike riding and reading. This apartment would suit someone who is quiet, friendly and fully employed. Rent is $185 per week plus bills, with an $800 bond.

The apartment is very close to Fairfield railway station, bus services and the Station Street shops, cafes and supermarkets. It only takes about 15 minutes on the train to get into the city.The place is fully furnished except the spare bedroom – it has a large BIR but you’ll need your own bed. There’s also a large court yard off the lounge/dining area, secure entry and secure basement car park available.
