Faltmate Wanted for House in Kensington ($127 PW, $549 PCM)

We are looking for a new flatmate to take the place of our current one who is moving to north Victoria for work.  The house is a tidy 3 bedroom, one bathroom place in Kensington.  The three bedrooms are upstairs with the bathroom with the living area, kitchen, laundry and another toilet downstairs.  We have gas cooking and heating downstairs.  There is also a moderately sized back yard with a carport (which we mainly use for drying clothes) and a veggie garden.

The room is on the smaller size (thus the cheap rent for the area), but does easily fit a queen bed.  It has a decent sized built in wardrobe and a large window which gets heaps of morning sun. The room is un-furnished.  There is plenty of parking on the street, usually a space right outside the front door.  There is also a small park across the road with a playground.

The room is available from the 7th of November (ie. this comming Saturday)

The house is mostly furnished, although the current flatmate is taking a couch and the fridge so if you have either of those that would be an advantage, if not that’s no biggie, we'll get one from somewhere.  We are 5 mins walk to Newmarket train station, the 57 tram and racecourse road with the supermarket and any other shop you may want.

A little about us;  I'm Marcel a Mechanical engineer working for a high voltage cable company out west, and Mel is an accountant working for AXA in the city.  We are both in our mid twenties and are fairly relaxed people.  We are ideally looking for someone around our age who is tidy easy going and considerate of the others in the house.  The place is not really big enough for 4 people so we are not interested in a couple moving in.

Rent is 549 pcm with bills on top of that (gas, electricity and water).  We have High speed broadband connected up, so you are welcome to chip in for that if you wish.
