I’m looking for a flatmate in the early 20’s to share my apartment. I’m living with a girl from Austria but she will go overseas. I’m looking for someone friendly and easygoing. Also, someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.
The apartment is in an excellent location, on a quiet and prestigious street, just 5 mins to the city. Tram # 8 is just in front of the apartment and goes straight to Flinders station.
Bars, cafes and restaurants are just around the corner.
The room that is available is very clean and sunny. It has a great view of the city. My flatmate is selling her bed, so if you wish you can buy it, otherwise there is a big sofa bed.
Me- I’m a 25 year old male from South America. Straight. I’m studying my masters and also working in the modelling industry. I love to go out and have fun on the weekends but tend to keep it quieter during the week.
Rent: $ 675 per month (including: electricity, wireless internet, washing machine, water and gas).
