We're right near Gertrude street between Smith and Brunswick. Near to countless cafes, bars, supermarket AND 15 minutes WALK to the city if the 8 bars on our block aren't enough! Cute house. It's quite old, so the kitchen is pretty basic... no dishwasher, but it has everything you really need... microwave, washing machine, etc, and the living areas are more than adequate for 3 of us. Sharing with two girls (19&23yo), bartender and student so looking for relaxed and friendly guy or girl. Smoking outside only. $185 pw INCLUDING ALL BILLS (broadband, water, electricity). Available 15th September for 5 months only (until beginning of February) Off street secure undercover parking if you need it.
