FEMALE ROOM MATE WANTED FOR ST KILDA APARTMENT WITH GARDEN

Hi there, my name is Crystal and i am looking for a professional female to share my two bedroom apartment in St Kilda (just near Nepean Highway and St Kilda Junction).

Ideally I am looking for someone who works full-time Monday to Friday, who doesn't have much furniture except bedroom stuff, and doesn't mind living with a gentle, loving cat!

The room is a medium size with white walls and charcoal carpet, good light and built-in wardrobes. The apartment building is older style 1920's with four apartments in total, mine is on the ground floor opening out on to a garden with external laundry.

The rent includes use of kitchen stuff, fridge, TV, DVD and stereo.

If you like the sound of my place, ideally you will be easy going, in your late 20's to mid 30's and like good food and wine. I am pretty chilled out, committed to work, enjoy listening to music, reading and watching DVDs.

The rent is $160 pw plus 4 weeks bond and share of electricity and gas bills.
