Hello Guys,

Room to rent in a 3 bedroom appartment in South Yarra, Near corner Toorak road and Punt road.
Well situated, close to CBD and botanical gardens. 10-15 min to city by tram, 5 min walk to South Yarra train station.

To rent from NOW up until Thursday 13 August. Can be negotiated for after.


I am away overseas so I am renting my room as it is. The bed has its own bedding, clean sheets, the room is tidy and clean. Two desks to fit for your own personal belongings.
BUT you cannot use or store anything in the BIR/cupboards or in the bedside tables in the room.
This is similar to renting a backpacker room in the sense that you use what you brought with you ONLY (apart from bedding - has doona and all needed), however in a much nicer and more spacious environment.

Rent per day = 25$ AUD
includes bills, i.e. wireless internet, gas, electricity, etc.
Appartment has all necessary equipments, living room has TV, dvd player, etc.
