Hi. Please read this whole ad before considering responding. I am subletting a room in a quiet house in a quiet street in East Brunswick, close to Lygon & Nicholson Trams and to Ceres. The house has no TV reception by choice, though we have DVD capability. Its an old atmospheric run-down place - one of the oldest houses in E Brunswick. I am seeking a housemate to move in Mon 14th or Sat 19th December. Male preferred, age mid 30s to mid-40s but may be negotiable on that. Vegetarian definitely. I am a mature student (43) and often work at home so co-tenant needs to be fully-employed. Rent is $533pcm or $125/wk, both plus bills. Shorter term rental or ongoing is possible. Bond required.
