The house is in a perfection location for Summer! A street away from the beach, 5 min walk to Bay Street (local shops) and Port Melb tram stop (only 10 mins to the city).

This is a large furnished 4 bedroom house with 2 large living areas, dining room, granite kitchen with modern appliances, 2.5 bathrooms, lock up double garage, laundry, outside courtyard, aircon/heating and the list goes on...

There are 2 guys (both electricians) and 1 girl (hairdresser) living in the house (all aged between 25 & 32). We are very fun, sociable, clean and tidy people and looking for the same in a housemate. We would prefer a female housemate to keep a balance in the house.

The room is available on 12th September, or can be earlier if needed.
