Come live in St Kilda!

Hey my name is caz. I'm a 22 yr old female, who lives with J, a 26 yr old female working professional/surf boat rower! We are very laid back, and have a beautiful semi-detatched victorian brick house in a quite street near Chapel st, St. Kilda. We have an awesome beer drinking deck and a light-filled living area. Because our beloved flat mate is moving in with her boyfriend we're looking for someone to take her place! Rent is $200 a week plus bills (which are pretty low between the three of us). Its available from (next week) November 7th. We can organise to get a bed in for you if needed. The room has a built in wardrobe. The rest of the house is fully furnished.
