Clifton Hill - city views from the bathroom window!

Hello house-hunters. We have a medium-sized room available in a double storey house in Clifton Hill.

The house is a bit 1930s in places (big wide wooden windows, well-loved floral-ish carpet downstairs) and has lots of space, including an outdoor laundry with washing machine and a huge backyard shed. There's a green front garden and a compost bin out the back. And city views from the bathroom window! We're right near the Merri Creek trail and a 5-minute walk from Clifton Hill station (and just a bit further from the 86 tram on Queens Parade). There's a little supermarket, Cafe Quince, a pub and a couple of other
shops nearby too.

To share with a guy, 31, and a girl, 26, who both work full time (public
service (transport/climate change) - but don't hold that against us!). We
are both pretty independent but like to have a chat and cook together every
now and then.

We're looking for someone of fairly similar age, preferably female, who is
friendly, considerate and environmentally friendly. Currently we don't have a landline phone or broadband - just a portable USB internet thing that we share. Could look into getting broadband if everyone is keen.

Room is $140 per week plus bond and bills. Available first week of November. No cats, no couples.
