2 Bedroom Apt on King Street but only ONE bedroom is available. Private bathroom. Spacious lounge and kitchen.

Twin sharing in both bedrooms. One bedroom is taken by me and my friend. The other bedroom has been taken by my other friend but she is looking for someone to share it with. In short, there is room for only one person, and it has to be a girl. My friend is a 20 year old Italian girl and you will be sharing the room with her.

Rent would be 585 dollars per month, which is pretty good, given its central location.

If you meet these conditions, call me and we can arrange for you to see the apartment. The moving in date is 1st September and no later than that, so hurry!
