A luxurious 4BR corner flat on the 8th floor of one of the prestigious buildings by Mirvac in the Docklands area (Lorimer St., near the new Hilton) will have two FURNISHED rooms that will be vacant by 6 December until 8 January.  This is because my flatmates will be one holidays and we are looking for travellers and the like who are seeking for temporary accomodation.

YOUR room has access to a vast private balcony with breathtaking views of the water and soothing sunrise and sunset.

WHAT YOU GET:
The room costing at only $200 per week in the modern flat comprises of the following features...

1. Floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the whole unit which is situated on the 8th floor.
2. Use of Furniture, Plates, Cutlery and other amenities in Public areas
3. Panoramic view of the bay from the lounge area
4. Very spacious common areas (nice to lounge in!)
5. Open state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances including fridge and dishwasher
6. Laundry room with latest washing and drying machine
7. Bedroom includes a built in wardrobe
8. 2 urban style bathrooms (one with bathtub) and 1 private toilet (ensuite, first come first served)
9. Secure entry to flat through intercom / electronic key use
10. Storage room in the building
11. FREE use of lap pool, sauna, steam room and modern gym
12. BILLS, BILLS, BILLS!:)

WHAT THIS FLAT NEEDS:

We are looking for a CLEAN, RESPECTFUL, and HONEST flatmate for the month of December-January.

A full month's payment is REQUIRED ($800) to avail of one of the rooms, to stay between 6 Dec until the 6th of January.  If you cannot afford it, please do not think of negotiating or emailing.
